Wade Core Function Centre

Wade Core Function Centre at the Carina Leagues Club was the perfect location to celebrate our year 6 graduation cohort. The room is simply perfect and the facilities are second to none. From the first conversation with the community manger to the arrangements with Owen and Kate the function team. Your patience, flexibility, professionalism and customer service should be commended! The event was seamless, no final change in plans was too much and the team were present and always happy to help. Kate was able to guide decisions in room set up and functionality, food and cake requirements and ensured the pack down was easy and stress free. The ability to calm a group of stressed mothers in no easy task and Kate is a testament to the team. We can’t thank the Carina Leagues Club enough for supporting the local community and giving the kids a night to remember! Thank you!

With 20 years in Event Management, I could not fault anything about the exquisite food and service from this team headed up by Lily. . It was Mums 100th celebration, and they were thinking of the guests needs even before we realised we needed something. Not enough words could explain how efficient, professional, caring, giving, can do attitude was shown from booking until completion. I would recommend them to everyone who would listen. .thank you seems like not enough words to express our gratitude.and a star rating? 6 stars because 5 isn't enough. They excelled on all levels. Thank you.

We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday party in a ballroom, and it was an amazing experience. The room was beautiful and vibrant, creating the perfect atmosphere for the night. Special thanks to Lily, who organized our party from beginning to end with great care and professionalism. Also, a big thank you to Kate, who helped us throughout the night—she was absolutely wonderful and a huge help.

Our charity had a strategy planning workshop in the Wade Core Function room a few nights ago. What a lovely space this is! The staff were all friendly. We ordered meals while we worked and they all came quickly. Due to our small size we were able to each order what we wanted from the à la carte menu and drinks were from the bar. This made payments super easy. The Carina Leagues Club have been very supportive of our women’s shed, since its inception. We always feel welcome and well looked after.

We recently held our work Christmas party in the Wade Core Function Room, and it was absolutely perfect for the occasion. The space was beautiful and well-suited to our event, especially for our short awards presentation. The multiple screens positioned throughout the room were a fantastic feature, ensuring all guests had a clear view of what was being presented. Kate, Owen, Lily, and Ethan were exceptional and truly went above and beyond to make the afternoon special. Their professionalism, energy, and sense of fun helped create a memorable experience and made our team feel genuinely valued. We couldn’t have asked for better support on the day.

Our son Jackson and his new wife Keeley had their reception in the Wade Core function room just recently and we cannot praise the wonderful and friendly service we received from Kate, Michael and Sofia. The layout of the room looked beautiful and the platters were delicious.Thank you for making this very special occasion such a memorable one.

I ran a workshop in the opened up double room of the Wade Core Function Centre last week for our 7 tech teams with 38 people. It was an awesome space for this and the event ran seamlessly with Lily and Kate ensuring the room was set up as requested, the food arrived on time and the session ran smoothly. The only feedback from the team was that the quantity of food that comes for 38 people was not quite enough. Other than that thank you for making the day such a success.
