Excellent space for the WA Bonsai Society Exposition.

I attended a private function on the 12/11/22. I required vegetarian food for the 3 courses. I had no idea what I was eating in the main course, as everything on my plate was pureed and squirted on the plate like icing on a cake. The food had no defined taste and we were not given a menu for the vegetarian option. The wait staff were attentive and the entertainment band were good.

This is my formal complaint. Last night my school had a small ball in the private room. I’ve had a knee injury and took my shoes off so that I could participate in dancing. They had one security member at all times continuously target me to put shoes on when I know there were many other people without shoes. I ended up talking to the manager Jayden Lee about how I know everyone in the small cohort, felt safe on the Dance floor without shoes because no glass was allowed anyway and most importantly didn’t want to be excluded all night. He did not care. Had a horrible time sitting alone and left in tears early. I write this complaint because I think crown should be able to accommodate for people who are in pain and not prioritise the aesthetics of the dress code in a small, safe and private function.
