The Little Laneway

An amazing place to have a wedding and reception. From the moment my daughter inquired about potentially having her wedding there the staff were magnificent. Despite all the normal nerves and anxiety usually associated with such a big event in a person's life, the entire wedding day was fautless. Everything from the presentation right through to the beautiful food served was superb. 5 stars just doesn't seem enough for the experience provided throughout. If you are planning to inspect the venue, it can be a little tricky to find if you're not familiar with the location. I have included some photos you can use as landmarks to help understand when and where to turn to get to the little laneway. Note: Turn left at the small intersection opposite King George Square Station. It may look like a pedestrian walkway but it's a shared pathway for vehicles as well. The entrance is right next door to the Park Hyatt. Enjoy! 🙂

We had an amazing wedding at The Little Laneway! The venue is absolutely beautiful—perfect for a small and intimate wedding. It has a charming, compact layout that made our day feel warm and special. The team was fantastic—professional, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. Their package deal was great, making planning so much easier. The catering was also outstanding! The food was not only delicious but also served in generous portions, which our guests loved. A huge thank you to everyone at The Little Laneway for making our day so wonderful! Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful and stress-free wedding experience.

To the Little Laneway Team, Thank you for working with us to create the wedding of our dreams! We fell in love with the heritage-listed venue for its unique architectural charm (wow, those windows!), the flexibility of the ceremony and reception spaces and most importantly the attention to detail and care from each member of the Little Laneway Team. The extra cherry on top was having our beloved fur-baby present at our Ceremony (with a dog handler). Being a bride who has worked in event-coordination of small to large events, I went in with extremely high expectations for our wedding and of our suppliers. Over 8 months, the team took the time to answer my questions with great detail, to collaboratively work with us to facilitate each of our specialty suppliers and to iron out any challenges that we had along the way. We appreciated the fact that the team had also prior experience in the event industry, some of whom had already collaborated with our chosen suppliers, which allowed our wedding to run smoothly. We’re super grateful to the Little Laneway Team and would highly recommend them to anyone else who is looking for a unique venue space for their wedding, celebrations and/or corporate event.

The Little Laneway was amazing! The venue is so beautiful and staff were well organised and made the day run so well. We loved that they helped with vendors and did a package for us. It was less for me to have to stress about organising a wedding. We also got to pay it off which is a big bonus. I loved that everything is indoors and you don’t have to worry about weather on the day. We were lucky because there was a big storm on our big day right on when our ceremony was to start. Our photographer/videographer and florist they recommended were amazing! The food was sensational and our guests loved it. Highly recommend this venue to everyone! Go in and check it out ❤️

We recently had our wedding at the little Laneway and it was the perfect day. We couldn’t speak more highly of Rowan, Caroline, Sharene and their team. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their effort and support made the planning process so much smoother and stress-free for us. The venue is beautiful, elegant and the seperate levels for the ceremony and reception make it the perfect wedding location. Our guests loved that everything was in the one spot. The wedding package was one of the many reasons we decided to go with the little laneway. It was great value and very stress free knowing the catering, cake, photography, videography and floral styling were already booked. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding experience, it was an amazing day and we appreciate everything the Little Laneway team did for us. We would definitely recommend the Little Laneway as a wedding venue, it’s perfect!

My friend had her wedding here. It was amazing. Great venue. So central. Really cute you can exit the venue and your in the heart of Brisbane. Food was fantastic and overall amazing.

The Little Laneway went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was as memorable as possible. Caroline handled everything with enthusiasm and a calm expertise that can settle any stressed bride-to-be. Rowan was extremely accomodating and brought a level of fun and excitement to the table that was deeply encouraging. All of our guests raved about how enjoyable our wedding was, praising the venue and catering staff, the organisation, the gorgeous decorations, and the absolutely delicious catering. The vendors that work with The Little Laneway are all consummate professionals who 100% delivered on the day. We will definitely recommend The Little Laneway, 10/10.
