What a great venue. It had a good vibe, family friendly, we had a family lunch for 24, the favourite was the roast beef, the menu was varied and prices were very reasonable. The staff were amazing, they looked after us very well, absolutely recommend the Bistro.
Best steak sandwich I have ever had! Juicy and tender! New owners huge change! Worth trying. Completely different and decor great. 👍
Went to Golden Ponds on Mundijong Rd for our AGM for the Heritage Vintage Motorcycle Club. Had breakfast with the crew before the meeting. Great English Breakfast. I was battling to eat it all. Fantastic service and the grounds are looking excellent. Tony and the ladies really look after everyone. Open to the public, trout fishing, accommodation and the restaurant. A must see!
Not much food at all, service was ok with the elderly staff, and limited due to there being no one else, experience however was lovely, it’s a lovely place to fish and easy
My choice of Fish Tacos were tasty, easy to eat in my fingers, & 2 would have been sufficient but I managed the 3 offered. I finished with a Long Macchiato which my young attendant agreed to make for me. Without admitting he didn't know, he then consulted the chef on how to make it to my particular liking. Hats off to his intent to please, which he did.

Beautiful setting outside In the sunshine 🌞 Will be really great when all the renovations are finished and can see being a really busy place in summer for families. Child friendly
