We hosted a big party on a family property and having Rhianna plan and run it was the best decision we made. Pulling something like that together felt overwhelming at first, but she handled all the logistics and made everything run so smoothly on the day. The setup looked incredible, the flow of the night was perfect, and we were actually able to relax and enjoy the party with our friends. Everyone kept commenting on how fun and well organised it was. Couldn’t recommend her more if you’re planning an event somewhere outside a traditional venue.

Rhianna was amazing on our wedding day. We booked her for on the day coordination and felt so settled in the lead up to the wedding knowing she was there to support. Rhianna was super responsive from the moment we booked her in and had so much knowledge and great vendor recommendations when we needed it. Rhianna is a star in her field! How grateful I am for everything she did. I will sing from the rooftop- that her service alone meant for SMOOTH and WONDERFUL wedding day. She spoke with EVERY vendor - our florist, and helped our 7 piece band into place, even checked on our photographer/ videographer to ensure they were running on time - making sure all were on queue. Rhi was also the master mind behind the gorgeous draping of the fabric on our massive arbour... I didn't have to wonder about anything- because she had it SORTED! She listened to every concern- and pre anticipated things I never would have thought of. I loved all our chats leading up - as I always left feeling relaxed and calm. Thankyou so much for making our wedding day one of the best memories of our life!

Rhi is absolutely phenomenal at what she does! We had her coordinate our recent wedding and her support and guidance was second to none. I employed Rhi for my son’s wedding back in 2023 and just recently for my daughters. Both weddings were hosted at our home. Rhi made everything on the wedding day seamless. She is cool under pressure, a great trouble shooter and is an excellent interface between the providers, the guests and most importantly the bride and groom. If I had another wedding to host I wouldn’t hesitate to employ Rhi again, she is so organised, competent and composed. Rhi made my life so easy on the day all I had to do was sit back and enjoy the party. ! The recovery day was also pressure free as Rhi’s team cleaned and packed up the marquee. Thanks Rhi, I cannot speak highly enough of your attention to detail and the way you conduct your business is second to none.

We love you Rhi!!! We appreciate how calmly and confidently you guided us through all the wet weather changes (Go the Etsy witches and raw sausage burials!!) Thank you for getting the umbrellas for us at the eleventh hour. What could have been stressful ended up feeling seamless because you had a plan for everything and helped us feel at ease the whole time. We honestly wouldn't have been able to enjoy moments of our wedding if it wasn't for you keeping the stress at bay!!

Rhi came on board at the 8th hour...we werent originally going to have a wedding coordinator but Im so glad we did. Let this be your message - if you're on the fence...book Rhi!. Shell have your back the whole way through and does it with assertion, grace and friendliness. She will give you the most detailed runsheets to help keep you on time and goes above and beyond on the setup. There is no way my husband and I could have done what Rhi did - she implemented our vision and everything looked incredible. Thanks Again Rhi.
