Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa

A great end to a challenging weekend. Very happy and will come again. Rooms were clean although the bathroom fan was not working. The bed and pillow a bit hard for our liking but next time I will bring my own pillow. Pool was amazing and I had my first proper swim of the year. Staff lovely. Plenty of undercover parking. A clean fresh environment all round. Thank you

This hotel is great. Beautiful mornings spent at the beach right across the road enjoying the sunrise. With restaurants right on your doorstep and more choices just a stones throw away. The pool is huge and spotless with warmed or cooler temp options. Rooms are bigger than normal so this contributed to our satisfaction, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely love !!! The room exceeded our expectations !!! Still currently staying here. Booked in for only 3 nights now i wish we booked more nights lol. From the time we first got here the reception staff were warm friendly and accomodating. Kodi was brilliant. The pool is great love that there is a heated pool and a non heated pool. Close to the restaurants. The location is primo.The beds were comfy pillows amazing. A bit of a walk to our room but totally worth it once you see the views. The size of the apartment blew my mind!! Will defintely be booking here again. Love love love !!

Just spent 24hours here and have already booked a week stay in April before I even checked out. Amazing resort. Super clean and spacious rooms! Pools lovely and clean. All of the staff have been so friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness was amazing. I woke up early this morning to take a walk and the cleaner was scrubbing and mopping the stairs. As a family with 3 kids the unit on the ground floor was so spacious that we weren't all on top of each other and had our very own access gate to the pool. We are already counting down the weeks to come back in April. Great work, Oaks! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The service is excellent, we planned our daughter’s birthday before we arrived. The staff received the cake and decorations and prepared the room for us. It was a surprise for our girl and she loved it. We appreciate the time and efforts the staff put in to make it happen the way we planned. We will be back again soon and highly recommend the stay at Oaks Hervey Bay.

Upon my stay , we went out locking our hotel room and when we came back our room was open , first I thought room service must be there picking up baby cot as I requested however no one was in the room. I called reception and staff called Cody answered the call and she said I collected the baby cot and you room door was locked when I left. I informed her that when I came back to room the room door was open and her answer was "well , I don’t know how that happened " I am a guest of your hotel and my room door was open , you can’t answer I DONT KNOW. You need to make my mind at peace by saying I will do investigate and help you find out or at least apologise that has happened. But this girl has no etiquette working in hospitality as zero care showed and pretty much ignored me for 24hours after that for giving me answers. I called, visited twice the next day trying to get some answers that how my room door was opened but she gave me very generic answer again that I saw cctv cameras and the door was closed as if I am making these things up. Her manager Mark helped me later that day as there was issue with the door which he fixed however for sure Care factor / taking ownership of the issue at your hotel and basic duties towards your guests who is spending over $1000 and stayed at your property was surely missing. I don’t expect this from OAKS. Very disappointed

My partner and I had a fantastic 3 night stay at the oaks. I have stayed here numerous times for work in the past and have never been disappointed. We had a pool view room on the ground floor and it was great to easily access the esplanade. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit Hervey Bay. Can’t wait to come back!
