As a long-time band manager with extensive experience at major corporate events, I’ve had repeated dealings with Encore as an AV provider. Unfortunately, their production quality and staff efficiency have consistently fallen short of expectations. I hope they take steps to improve, but based on our experiences so far, we would not recommend them for professional events.
Saturday, 26 July 2.50pm. Driver of your company vehicle weaves in and out of traffic really dangerously, endangering others. Do not recommend a company who does not know how to properly train their employees.
Used encore for a ball we hosted at Taronga Events centre for audio in November. Terrible quality audio that kept faltering. Thankfully our DJ bought his own speakers and ended up using that but complete waste of money paying for Encores audio system that we didn't even use
Great frontline team with technicians, used them for a major conf, no issues at all. Had a terrible customer service experience from the Credit Dept. Had to wait for more than a week as a staff wasn't at work and no one else could help 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Dear owner, even though i only delivered to your workplace i was treated with respect, which these days is very hard to come by. More power to you.
