Oh My Goodness, this store, the staff and their flowers are seriously amazing. Lilly & Lotus was recommended to me by a local resident who hadn't shopped there but admired the window display. I phoned to arrange a delivery to a friend living in Rockhampton. Chantel was polite professional and so very helpful. The service was honestly next level. I received a text message advising it would be delivered in a 30 minute time frame, and another message 20 minutes later advising it had been delivered. The arrangement that my friend received was absolutely stunning. The flowers were bright, full and immaculately presented. They honestly went above and beyond on every level. In a time where customer service is so scarce and value for money hard to come by Lilly & Lotus are smashing that stereotype. Keep up the good work guys. Hopefully will get to visit the store in person one day. xxx

I don't even know where to start! Krissy and Billie were more than we ever expected! I called them my Wedding Fairy Godmothers and honestly it was so true because they truly worked their magic! Everyone mentioned how chill I was all day on our wedding and that honestly comes back to Lilly & Lotus because I knew with them I had absolutely nothing to worry about! I cannot thank them enough, from their organisation, their knoweldge and of course their amazing styling our wedding wouldn't of happened without them! Words will never comprehend how amazing these ladies (and Scott) are and we are so grateful for them! If you're on the fence about getting a wedding planner then go see Lilly & Lotus and I promise you'll want them straight away! WE LOVE YOU LADIES! You made our day perfect. 🤎🤎🤎

I ordered a large posey jar for delivery, but the flowers did not match what was advertised on the website. They were dull in colour, the vase is no where their full as photos online. Saturday morning petals had already started to fall. Additionally, the delivery process was poorly managed. The recipient was home all day, but no one knocked on the door, called, texted, or emailed to confirm the delivery. It’s unclear how long the flowers had been sitting outside. I emailed the business to address these issues but have not received a response. This experience was disappointing, and I will not be using or recommending this service in the future.

I've never seen such an expensive bunch of flowers be so small, any other florist in rockhampton would have sent us twice as much for the price you're overrated. The photo looks nothing like what we got.. false advertising. When I complained about it, you were rude. I think you're the biggest rip off merchant in the town
