I've never been so disappointed. I showed the owner a specific styling and told her my budget, and she said she would remove one thing to suit my budget. However, she provided less than half of the flowers I wanted and didn't even tell me she was going to do that. The set up was so small, not even worth how much I spent. The props were so old and damaged and showed in all photos. I didn't appreciate that she wasn't honest about doing that from the beginning. If I had known she was going to put fewer flowers, I would've gone elsewhere. I learned the hard way. I strongly don't recommend Gigi is so sweet. The owner has also blocked me on social media to avoid any interaction after I asked for some compensation.

We couldn’t be happier with the incredible work Celine did for our special day. Every setup was truly amazing, from the bride and groom’s house, to the church and through to the reception. Each space was styled so beautifully and seamlessly, bringing our whole vision to life. We received so many compliments from our guests about how stunning everything looked, which is a true testament to the care and creativity that went into every detail. Communication was effortless throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation right through to pack down after the wedding. Everything felt smooth, organised and stress free. We’re so grateful for all the hard work and dedication, it made our day feel even more special. Thank you again for creating such a beautiful atmosphere we’ll never forget!
