From initial inquiry requesting a quote, to delivery to our door after a wonderful day touring with Ian, our experience with Indulgence Tours could not be faulted. Our request for a quote and booking was dealt with in a timely manner, so we were able to lock in our plans for a special day. Ian followed up our initial inquiry with a personalised phone call where we are able to communicate what we were looking for out of the day and Ian was able to outline his approach to meet our requests. Our intention was to visit particular sites in our own backyard that we didn’t feel confident visiting under our own steam, factoring in a relaxed lunch at a local winery. Ian accommodated all requests, with his conversation and easy-going nature revealing his respect for the sites we visited as well as his ongoing quest to build deeper knowledge. This was refreshing, leading to a day of interesting conversation which is so important when you are spending the day together. We were well looked after all day, with Ian sharing knowledge in an insightful and intelligent way, asking us questions about our interests so the day was genuinely enlightening. We highly recommend Indulgence Tours. Our special day was memorable and we look forward to booking further curated tours in future.

What a fabulous day we had touring around Coorabakh National Park, Vincent's lookout a definite highlight. Ian was the perfect guide, very knowledgeable and knew the area well. Ian took us to all the good spots. Waitui Falls first but couldn't get us to swim in the icy water. We were transported in ultimate comfort in the Landcruiser. Even brewed us a cuppa up on Middle Brother lookout. Ian was very generous with his time and flexible with dates as the first one we picked was a washout. We would recommend touring with Ian. We are visiting from the UK and loved seeing the contrast of coast and bush in the space of 30 kms how different it all is.

Thanks Ian and Nadia. While in the area visiting my daughter, I treated myself to a lovely solo day-tour of the Hinterlands, Waterfall way and Port Macquarie coastal vistas. Ian provided the means of a really informative day, his local knowledge and willingness to adapt to my last minute change of preferred direction - made for a much appreciated alternative to my thoughts of hiring a car in an attempt to achieve the same! I was treated to being collected and dropped-off from our accommodation - much appreciated. Some of Ian's suggestions for later foot exploration of the Port Mac area - I followed up on; more destinations await if I return one day? What an amazing tour we had today with Ian. He allowed us to customize our own tour. We told him what we liked and he took us to great places that we didn’t even know existed!! Very knowledgeable and provided a wealth of information! We highly recommend him and his company to anyone visiting the area! Picked us up promptly and delivered us back at the time he stated to begin the day! Wonderful job!!

Our group of 7 had an amazing 3 day 2 night trip to the Hunter Valley with Indulgence Tours - transport was comfortable - plenty of room for luggage - and of course 1 or 2 bottles of wine on the trip home. Ian and Nadia did a great job organising the trip for us. Highly recommend. Thank you 👍🏻👍🏻

My fiancé and I spent the day with Ian, and we had an amazing experience. We visited Douglas Vale Wines, Long Point Winery, Cassegrain Winery and finally followed by Black Duck Brewery. It was such an informative day and Ian took the time to make sure we were catered for at each location and provided a beautiful air-conditioned transport in between each location. His knowledge of the Port Macquarie-Hastings region is incredible and we learned so much. Can't wait to do one of these tours again with more of our friends!

We recently used indulgence tours for transport to Sydney for an international flight. With the large people mover it was perfect for our group of 8 with all our luggage. We were picked up from our door and dropped to the international airport with no troubles at all. No having to find a car park and stress about making the flight and on our return after a overnight flight Ian was waiting to drive us home, letting us nap and relax making it a safe journey home after no sleep. An amazing experience!! Definitely a great idea for travel to Sydney with a large group. Not sure Ian was prepared for the music and singing but he smiled and seemed to enjoy it as much as we all did
