Spoke with Mary to get a sense of our hopes for retirement in a couple of years and if we were on track. I had my 15 minute (40mins) free chat with Mary, and I have to say, she was very approachable, spoke in language that was easy to understand, no finance jargon, and gave me some tips to put into place straight away, without any obligations. However, I went back to them with about 4 questions, and didn’t get a response. I followed up a week later and still no response. 🤷🏼‍♀️
