Premier Team Building

We used Premiere Team Building for a recent team building event. Due to the team being located across three different countries - we did an online activity and it turned out to be so much fun! After our session was finished, we ended up in our team chat group and continued laughing and having fun! It has definitely brought us closer together as a team, and we're all looking forward to the next team building activity later in the year! I highly recommend Pip from Premiere Team Building to help strenghten your teams culture!

I met Pip Scott Allen at the BNI National & Global Conference and was very impressed. Pip’s approach to team building is subtle, thoughtful, and clearly grounded in real experience — confident without being overbearing. While my team hasn’t yet taken part in a session with him, I came away convinced his methods, including hands-on, fun, and engaging exercises, would be both impactful and practical: he listens closely, asks the right questions, and creates space for genuine connection and growth. I highly recommend Pip to any organisation looking for a facilitator who brings insight, professionalism, and a engaging effective presence to team development.

We recently used Premier Team Building to host a staff night, not for team building, but simply for a fun evening together. Instead of the usual sit-down dinner where you talk to the same two people all night, we wanted to do something different. We chose the "Mousetrap" activity, and it exceeded all expectations! It was relaxed, interactive, and so much fun. Everyone got involved, there was a great mix of creativity and friendly competition, and the time just flew by. It was the perfect way to connect as a team in a different setting. We’ve had so much positive feedback from staff and would absolutely do it again. Highly recommend!

Had a great time with the team and big thanks to Pip who facilitated our session! We had just over 10 ppl and everyone really enjoyed the activity and learnt a lot about team work, communication and planning. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to do something fun in a team environment
