Ivy and Bleu were outstanding to work with. We planned our entire wedding in under three months, and they managed to bring every idea to life with zero stress on our end. Their support meant we did not have to worry about anything related to styling, stationery, signage, or setup. They handled it all, and the space looked incredible on the day. Mandi was great! She understood the direction straight away, took our ideas, ran with them, and delivered a result that went beyond what we expected. The room looked even better in person than we ever could have imagined. The whole process felt smooth and straightforward, even on a tight timeline. They were organised, reliable, and easy to deal with, and the cost was very fair for the level of work and quality they delivered. I can't express how amazing it was having Mandi from Ivy & Blue as my wedding planner for my big day. From the moment I met her we got along straight away and she knew my vision and what I wanted. Every meeting leading up and the 100's of emails that was sent everyone from the team were incredible to deal with and no request was too much. From our amazing flower arrangements, to all the plates, napkins glassware and everything else she organised there was no detail spared. She only recommended the vendors she knew I would love and were the vibes I was going for so there was no need to go through so many people as she hand selected the few she knew I would love. She helped me stay in budget and let me know where I should put more money into elements or cut costs from her long experience in the industry. The main point I do need to make is a few days before the wedding the forecast was showing 100% rain for the day with 40+ mm so I was very nervous as the venues wet weather option would not fit my guest amount. Mandi called me 2 days before telling me not to stress and that was on the hunt for a marquee for the ceremony that could fit everyone and it turned out beautiful. The day turned out amazing and none of this could have been done without Mandi and her amazing team. I can't recommend them enough xx

Crystal from Ivy & Bleu was absolutely amazing. Her calm energy, clear communication and attention to detail made the day completely stress free. She handled everything behind the scenes so seamlessly and was always one step ahead. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she coordinated every detail with so much care and professionalism. Having her there allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We’re so grateful for everything she did to make our day run so perfectly.
