We cannot thank Vivid Stream enough for the beautiful tribute they created and delivered for our mum’s funeral. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, compassionate, and professional, and the turnaround time was exceptional during what is such an emotional period. On the day of the service, everything ran seamlessly. The team operated with quiet professionalism and care, allowing us to focus entirely on honouring our mum without any added stress. The photo tribute was handled flawlessly and meant so much to our family. Thank you kindly to the Vivid Stream team for producing an excellent quality video of the gravesite funeral service of my father Alfred Gordon Stones at the Northern Memorial Park In Glenroy, Victoria, Australia on Monday 16th of February 2026. We cannot thank Vivid Stream enough for the incredible job they did live streaming my Nonno’s funeral last week. From start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism, care, and respect during an incredibly emotional time for our family. The livestream quality was excellent, allowing family and friends who couldn’t attend in person to feel included and connected. Knowing our loved ones could be part of the farewell brought us so much comfort. My family and I are extremely grateful for the compassion and attention to detail shown. We truly couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Vivid Stream to anyone needing livestreaming for such an important moment.

I just wanted to say that I Vivid Stream did our mother's funeral and they did a great job setting up the photo presentation screen in the church and brought their own speakers in to play the hymns. The photo presentation they did was very good. We had to double check the hymn variations with Dorothy but that's par the course of working with an AV company. Dorothy put together a great photo presentation. On the day Bill set things up nice an early and it all went off without a hitch. Bill even had the priest adjust the church lighting so that it was easier to see the big 65 inch screen. It was also a pleasure working with Lisa to initiate everything. I have no hesitation in using Vivid Stream again if needed or recommending them to friends. Thank you.

I am so grateful for the work Vivid Stream did on preparing a photo tribute for a funeral as well as streaming and recording the funeral. The recording looks so professional and they drew together footage from multiple angles. The photo tribute was beautifully put together from the hard copies I provided. They even went above and beyond to retouch the background of a photo to remove a distracting bright red pole. They undertook their work with care and compassion and I would highly recommend them.

Thank you for the terrific job Steve did at John’s memorial service last Thursday at Glen Waverley. We’re so impressed with the rapid turnaround of a quality product by the end of the day.
