Amazing work from this team. Communication was great, timing was perfect for arrival to the party, ballon garland & backdrop was exactly what we wanted. The colours matched our decor and it stood in place for 24hours before it was taken down. Amazing quality. Will definitely use their services again & will recommend to family and friends.

We recently hired a jumping castle from here for our family event and couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, their communication was exceptional, they responded quickly to all our questions, provided clear and helpful information, and kept us updated right up until the event. The price was very reasonable and transparent; no hidden fees or surprise charges. When the day arrived, the family-run team showed up on time, were extremely professional, and handled the setup with ease. They took the time to explain safety guidelines thoroughly and made sure everything was secure before they left. The castle was clean, in great condition, and a huge hit with the kids and adults! What really stood out was how nice and helpful the whole family was. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to work with our schedule, including accommodating a last-minute weather change. Packing everything up afterward was seamless and stress-free—they even helped tidy up as they went. Overall, these folks are proficient, punctual, and a pleasure to deal with.
