Stacie was the stylist and on-the-day coordinator for our wedding on 6 February 2026 at Leonard’s Hill Estate, and she was an absolute powerhouse. From the moment we started planning, she was always there to answer questions, offer ideas and help bring my vision to life. I had a black tie theme in mind and Stacie completely elevated it. Walking into the reception space and seeing the draping and styling come together was incredible, it honestly looked even better than I imagined. When I stopped by the night before the wedding, she was already there steaming, measuring and perfecting every detail to make sure everything looked just right. That level of care and dedication meant so much. On the day itself she was also our coordinator, and she made the entire day feel effortless. Anytime someone had a question, I simply pointed them to "the lady in the yellow power suit." She took charge, kept everything running smoothly and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our wedding. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything looked and I’m constantly being asked who our stylist was. Stacie has made our wedding styling to perfection! From first chats, to the real deal, she was nothing short of a miracle worker! Made all of our visions come to life and we couldn’t be happier with how our wedding was organised, planned, set up and styled!! We had the weather against us, and she still made sure everything from outside to inside, was styled to perfection! We even got to celebrate our wedding on her birthday and there were NO hesitations about doing so!

Stacie was an absolute dream in styling our Wedding! We opted for her on the day styling package, however in preparation Stacie dedicated a generous amount of time in collaboratively sourcing elements to complement our palette and feel, floor planning for design and event flow and took the time to really understand the broader run and vision of the event. Stacie proactively liaised with our venue and florist to ensure seamless execution. She pulled all our personally sourced decor together, the result was more enchanting and groovy than we could have imagined, harmonising playful and polish between our whimsical ceremony and groovy cocktail party. Stacie will bring both creative vision and pragmatic execution and deliver both with warmth, reliability and pure enthusiasm for your celebration. We could not be more grateful!

Faced with organising a party at my home to celebrate my milestone birthday in October whilst being overseas in the preceding months I asked for recommendations for event organisers (living locally) on social media. Stacie from Pearl Creative Styling was quick to respond and I immediately felt that she was on the same page as I was, from the first time we spoke. Each time we communicated she suggested more ideas and layers to the original retro concept and collaborated with other fantastic small business vendors and project managed the stages of the event beautifully. Prior to the party, every aspect was clear in terms of "bump" time and use of space etc. and nothing was too much trouble. My 80 guests were immediately blown away from the moment they saw the amazing festoons of colourful balloons and streamers above the entry gate and bar. The feedback comments have not stopped! It was a fantastic night with live music, a photo booth, magician, audio message guestbook and of course excellent catering and bar service. I cannot recommend Stacie of Pearl Creative Styling highly enough - 11/10!

We worked with Stacie on our Nov 2025 wedding for styling and event co-ordination and this is why you should work with her for your wedding Styling - Creativity: as a recovering perfectionist I can find it really hard to trust people to deliver the exact vision I want but Stacie’s creativity and professionalism made it so easy to put all my trust in her to achieve the look we wanted for the day. I remember standing there on my wedding day looking around the venue and thinking this is EXACTLY how I wanted it to look like. - Flexible: she’s very adaptable whenever you change your mind or want to try a new concept and will dive head first and research it all for you so you don’t have to do any of the ground work, making the decision making so easy after all the pros and cons are presented to you - Organised: Stacie will keep you accountable with making those decisions you’ve been putting off with gentle reminders, she’s shown great organisation and attention to detail from her previous experiences and helps you to perfect the ideal look you want for your wedding while meeting deadlines for ordering any decor - Budget: I wanted to DIY some things and Stacie was very happy to let me do this and worked with the decor and signage that I made - Committed: Stacie delivered on all the items that we agreed on , and she absolutely hit the ball out of the park with her work on draping for the dancefloor and entry way. Event co ordination - she’s cool calm and collected! On the day she does not stress and makes you feel very relaxed. She’s perfected the fine line between making sure things run on time but also flexible to give you time to breathe and not feel like the day is so rigid. - I would highly recommend working with Stacie for event co ordination because it allows you to enjoy the day rather than stressing about directing people on where to go and what to do. Overall Stacie played a huge part in the success of our day and we felt she was always on our side , she has the perfect blend of creativity, professionalism and attention to detail and would highly recommend her work to future couples!
