The store has such a good range of party supplies, decorations and craft items. There’s so much to choose from and the quality is great. It’s one of those shops where you walk in for one thing and leave with so many amazing finds. It’s so nice supporting a local business where the owners really care about their customers. The husband and wife at JT Party Castle Hill are so lovely and incredibly helpful every time I shop with them. They always go above and beyond helping me find the exact products I need no matter how specific the arts and crafts project I am attempting is. They are also both super friendly and kind to every customer. I highly recommend going to them first before other party or craft stores in the centre!

The lady at the counter was so friendly and helpful. The shop has a lot of good stuff at a very reasonable price. One of the items that I wanted was out of stock but the lady quickly went to another shop to get that item for me, I was very grateful. Lovely shop and excellent customer service!

this is genuinely an easy 5 star — not only do they have VERY good variety (try this store before you go to your spotlight trust me!) but the staff are extremely nice. strong recommend

This shop is amazing, fantastic range of party products. My kids love coming here every birthday for balloons and a like. The lady that runs the shop is so gorgeous, kind and friendly. If you need something for a birthday party I highly recommend coming here.

I had a great experience today at this party shop opposite supre on level 3 Castle towers. The man who helped me was incredibly nice, patient, and so helpful. He made sure I found exactly what needed. Despite being small, it’s packed with the essentials at great prices. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a celebration! Also adding, great selection of craft items too. If you’re looking for cardboard, they have a good range.
