We had the most amazing wedding thanks to the Two Tribes team. The team were so professional and wonderful to deal with from start to finish. Their attention to detail was incredible and they exceeded our expectations for both our ceremony at the Alamanda Chapel and our reception at Nunu. We couldn’t recommend Deb, Serg, Bea and Paul highly enough — they are absolute superstars!

My husband and I highly recommend Two Tribes! Not only did Deb and her team personalise every detail of the wedding to us, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that our guests had an amazing experience. From the decor to the effortless flow of our wedding day, everything was meticulously planned to create a memorable and seamless event. We had a very disappointing experience with Two Tribes Wedding Hire. From the first phone call, Deb was rude, dismissive, and extremely pushy. She repeatedly tried to add items we didn’t want or need and refused to provide an itemised quote, insisting everything had to be purchased as a "package." That alone was a major red flag for us. The pricing was wildly inflated compared to other vendors in Cairns. We were quoted close to $10,000, including $3,000 for delivery and setup alone, which felt completely unjustifiable. For comparison, we ultimately secured the exact items we actually wanted with another local provider for around $4,000. We were also uncomfortable with things we’d heard from others about items going missing after events and then reappearing in future hires. While I can’t personally verify this, it added to our concerns and reinforced our decision to walk away. Overall, it felt like pricing was set with little transparency, particularly for couples from out of town who may not know the local market. My advice to future couples is to do your research and get multiple quotes — there are far better vendors in Cairns offering much more reasonable pricing and a far more professional experience. We’re very glad we chose another supplier.

Two Tribes organised my sister's wedding and they were unbelievable. Because of them she was so relaxed and happy on the day. All the suppliers they organised were wonderful and lovely people. It was the perfect day, from the perspective of both the bride and guests.

Deb and the team made the planning and coordination of our wedding day an absolute breeze! They styled St Mary’s & The Sugar Wharf and I would highly recommend them! The groom left something behind and Deb even dropped it off to our hotel the next day!

I’m sorry but I find it really inconvenient that you can’t hire just one item ("on this day" neon sign), was willing to pay extra to hire it aswell! So thought I’d ask for a quote to get the neon sign and an artificial greenery arbor.. Got quoted $1800! 😐 for 2 hrs. OK BYE FELICIA!
