Typo Cairns

Lovely store, couldn’t help my self, but to browse a little. Great stationary stuff with good quality (not to thin paper!). Finally found a dotted journal again, and it lays out flat! The lady at the counter was very kind. Will be back 🙂 or purchase online! 🙂

Love the products Hate the store manager racially profiled made me feel like I was a thief for wanting to browse and hold only 2 items, when I confronted her about making me feel like trash she accused me of lying. Definitely going to let everyone know my experience in store while I was with my family absolutely appalling service from a manager. To be made to feel embarrassed in front of my family on a nice day out.

Crazy cool items in this store. Although Typo seems to copy a lot of ideas from other products and often does a bad job replicating (insulated water bottles for example) there also seems to be a unique flair to their gear. Cairns Central’s staff were friendly but I don’t like how much they had to upsell product to me at the counter.

Average coffee, not sure if it's worth the hype tho or maybe that's just me. Most coffees served here are iced with condensed milk. A bit on the expensive side. Expect long lines and a long wait.

I discovered typo at Brisbane airport, bored and waiting for my flight, its a great store, loads of 'pop culture' inspired gifts, bought a leather satchel here, much admired.
