This is a well manicured park that is used for lots of occasions, such as Anzac day, Christmas carols, and regular family events and personal meetups. It is really a fantastic place to come and visit and enjoy the scenery and local area and shops very close. It is near the Civic centre, Moncrief entertainment centre andshops down the CBD. Come out and check it out, not to many shaded areas, no public toilets, there are shops and many coffee shops up this main street. The park was well manicured with quite spectacular lighting displays arranged on trees igloo structures, reindeer, etc. Well worth a visit with camera in hand or just with family/friends. A bit smaller display than expected.
We have been to Bundaberg a lot of times and how we missed this beautiful park is beyond thinking about. It is right in the centre of the business district and is a great place to rest and relax after having lunch at one of the numerous cafes and restaurants that are in close proximity.
Close to Anglican Church. Civic Centre and Council Offices close by as well. Trees with seats under neath. Great place for lunch. Come smell the roses. Bewdiful park in the centre of town.
Had great march for our country here.
Green, flowery relaxing space in Bundaberg. On Sunday the peel of church bells rings out over the park. Tis a wonderful place to rest after walking through Bundaberg. It's also named after Frederick Buss, one of the owners of several sugar plantations around Bundaberg. He was also an initiator and early director of the Bundaberg distillery.
Just a bit of the front of the park. Well looked after heritage building. The park is spacious and very clean
