Having Kasey as our on-the-day coordinator was honestly one of the best decisions we made. She was so friendly and easy to talk to, yet incredibly organised and professional at the same time. From the moment she arrived, I felt instantly calmer knowing everything was in her hands. Kasey kept the whole day running smoothly, managed suppliers seamlessly and handled any little last-minute things without ever stressing us out. She just quietly made sure everything flowed exactly as it should. Because of her, we were able to truly relax and enjoy every moment. We’re so grateful — she was absolutely invaluable.

Hiring Kasey from The Wedding Project was honestly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and we only did it two weeks before the day! She was originally meant to help with venue setup and music, but when everything went sideways with a storm and blackout, she became so much more than that. Kasey coordinated seamlessly with our vendors, helped keep everything running as smoothly as possible, and was a constant source of reassurance and calm when things were chaotic. We truly don’t know how the night would have gone without her. She made such a huge difference and helped hold everything together.
