I was desperately after some Moet Chandon goblets and Elizabeth had some on her site. The catch was however, I needed them within days. Elizabeth sent them to me priority and I think within a day or two I'd received them. I had spoken to her on the phone in regards to this order and communications with Elizabeth was faultless ...... and yes I would definitely do business with this company again. Absolutely amazing service from Elizabeth at My Event Decor. She answered all my questions very quickly and patiently. Received my order within a couple days of ordering it and found a very sweet handwritten note in the package as well. I really enjoyed the personal touch and the item I ordered was even more beautiful in person. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know!
Great product on offer, and exceptional aftersale service- notifications on receipt of order and confirmation of tracking information for all products. All items arrived securely packaged to ensure no breakages (I ordered a mix of fragile glassware and acrylic ice buckets shipped from Melbourne to Sydney). Highly recommended.
The tray arrived & it was exactly what I needed. I am very impressed with your customer service & speedy delivery. I don't usually do reviews, but I was astounded by the customer service and quick delivery of this place. Replied to my email question on colour type immediately in a very lovely and helpful way, and ensured I received it before xmas. Even sent a little card. Was exactly what I asked for in perfect condition.

Incredible service, We had searched everywhere for large glass cloches for our up coming event but with no luck I spoke to Elizabeth she was a life saver and made it happen quickly and efficiently - Absolutely fantastic couldn't recommend highly enough
