It was an excellent day volunteering at Three Bridges Run. The support has been immense from the organisers and it would be a great volunteering activity to begin with if one is new to volunteering. One will also gain new perspectives from being a volunteer by understanding human empathy (the extra push runners received from a little bit of encouragement), the tears and joy of participating in a run that may also include aches and pains of various degrees (you know who you are) and most importantly, the general human goodness of just being with a bunch of people who has avail a good 5 hours or more of their own time on a Sunday morning for this amazing opportunity. Kudos to you 'vollis' as runners would affectionately shout out to us volunteers. Thank you JJ and Ellen for the endless support and leadership provided through out that day - it was a highly rewarding experience and I would do it over and over again.

The Bouddi Coastal Run is one of the best event I have been to! Such a well organised event. Volunteers absolutely everywhere and ready to help/cheer you on. The aid stations were well stocked, by the time us back of packers got there they still had plenty of goodies. If you want a challenge with some spectacular views then this is the event for you!

The Coastal Classic is a great run. It's a run that you probably wouldn't do if it were not for the event because of the point to point nature of the course. So it's awesome that all the transport is taken care of to get to the start line. Stunning course scenery as well and great time of year for it. The actual run is a challenge too, so if you're looking for a run that's not quite an Ultra distance, but further than a half marathon, this is the perfect option.

My first trail run and 25th half marathon done and dusted at the Bouddi Coastal Run! What an experience! Being a local, I still don't get sick of the scenery and count myself extremely lucky to be able to come back here as often as I want to redo it (or bits of it) to my hearts content! The 21km run was a great mix of beach running, trails and alot of parts with shade. Be prepared for lots of stairs! It was a great morning out and an experience I will always remember. Great camaraderie with my fellow runners and the volunteers were fantastic! If you are thinking of doing a trail race, look no further than this event. A tick in every box!

If I could give 6 stars I would I have now taken part in 5 events, all have been the Run/Ride/Kayak races (as I can’t swim, this is unreal) The organization and planning that goes into these events are faultless and the people in charge are friendly and very helpful. I look forward to being involved in the future as a competitor and a volunteer. Keep up the excellent work 😎

Let's have a think about Bouddi ..A jostle of runners on the beach under the big yellow arch, as the ocean heaved and dropped and the sun harvested her power...the excitement and trepidation built and then we were off ! Into the soft sand we lunged and flailed until we were climbing and then swinging around the single track with the ocean beside us rolling on and on ..the heat and humidity were intense ...the interludes of cool breeze were miraculous ..each aid station was an oasis and the enthusiasm cast upon us from the volunteers was spirited and generous ..dancing downhill in the shade was whimsical and beautiful and I really loved this race then...running back along the beach ..I couldn't see the yellow arch ..I thought " we must finish between the flags " but alas no! ..a plough through the sand up to the yellow arch in the park ..greeted by name and cheers ..a medal and photos ...into the shade to await the arrival of the bearded one ...then a a roll around in the cold ocean and delicious vegan burgers from the surf club were the cherries on top ...Bouddi trail run has fortified my spirit ..

Participated in an long distance running, was not stated distance, no food or fluids provided upon completion of event or cups for fluid during. The whole experience felt like it was for profit, not the consumer experience. I'd chose another company to spend your money with who'll provide a better experience. Also, I missed one event accidentally and they showed no understanding in ticket transfer or merchandise collection despite paying.
