The best dress store in CQ! They helped me pick out my dream dress, were super helpful and nice, and hyped me up in whatever dress I wore ! I would recommend this store to anyone

I just had the loveliest conversation with an Oak & Valentine team member when enquiring about a dress that was on their website. I told her I was from interstate and she was so helpful in assisting me with my questions. Although they did not have my size, "you don't know unless you try" is definitely the motto I will remember whilst continuing my wedding dress shopping. Thank you again.

Beautiful gowns and lovely staff, however when I tried to find a dress on the website they had paragraphs as the titles and it was quite overwhelming, definitely go in-store while looking at dresses as the website can be quite confusing as it has too much detail. Side note about website - some of the dresses that have a colour description in the title are sold in multiple colours?

Good customer service but when there were issues with the dress, no effort or help was given when solving the issue.
