Jim The Computer Man

To Whom it May Concern, I have found Jim to the fairest, most trustworthy and respectful person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and this applies to my business dealings with him in regards to my computer I have been dealing with Jim in regards to my computer since he first set up shop in Taree in about 2016. I would have no hesitation in recommending him which I have done to numerous people including family .

Jim is a legend, keeps my computers healthy, and my business running smoothly. Always available short notice when things aren't working.

Yesterday morning my computer crashed, have no idea why and running a Real Estate Photography business I freaked out as I had no idea how to recover any of it .... firstly I was surprised he picked up and answered his phone straight away, which for these days is unusual 😉 I arrived at his place of work and felt calmer as soon as I met Jim, it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He quickly re booted to see if all my desktop items were there and was able to tell me quite quickly that they were, I was so relieved. I suspected the SSD may need to be replaced and was hoping he could rescue other items, which he managed to do. He had my computer ready for me this morning and his costs were very fair ... I was able to not miss a beat with my own work load, again Jim THANKYOU.

After reading the great reviews, we decided to ask Jim to sort out two driver issues on our PC. He arranged to come the same day and arrived a few minutes before the set time. He even carried shoe covers so as not to bring dirt into the house! He was personable, prompt, and knew exactly what he was doing. In under an hour, he not only fixed the driver issues but configured our displays in a way we wanted them to be - a way that no one else was able to figure out. Very impressed!

I recently had the misfortune to have my desktop PC unexpectedly and inconveniently malfunction. I decided to give 'Jim the Computer Man' the job to repair it. Jim was able to quickly locate a fault in the hard drive, replace the drive and restore my files. He had the computer back up and running in a few hours, and all for a very fair price. The computer has actually never performed better. Jim also installed the full windows 10 update as well as reinstalled and configured my antivirus software. Jim also repaired a seriously noisy fan. Other repairers previously tasked with fixing it have in the past been unable to do so. I highly recommend Jim the Computer Man as he prides himself on his service and skills. Jim leaves no stone unturned to ensure the customer goes away happy with the result.

I had a start up issue with our desktop. Jim had replaced the hard drive 10 months prior. The issue was a minor battery fault and simple to rectify. He gave me advise and I replaced the battery. Unlike other repairers he was happy to advise over the phone rather than take it in for repairs. Very helpful and professional. Thanks Jim
