Verve Intimate - Surry Hills

I had been following Verve on Instagram for a few months and was completely mesmerised by their boudoir portraits - sexy, elegant, and tastefully done for all shapes and sizes. I decided to book a session as a gift to myself for my 40th birthday, and I have absolutely no regrets. From booking through to the photoshoot, every step of the process was clearly explained. The team provided thoughtful guidance, from outfit styling to small but important details like avoiding tight intimates that could leave marks on the skin. On the day of the shoot, Naomi was my makeup artist and Bonnie was my photographer. From the moment I stepped in, they made me feel welcome, relaxed, and comfortable. Naomi was incredibly attentive - constantly checking in to make sure the look aligned with what I wanted and adjusting it with her professional expertise. Bonnie was bubbly, encouraging, and guided me through poses and expressions to bring out a confident, sexy side that we don’t usually tap into day to day. As the session progressed, I felt more confident in my movements and expressions, and the photos turned out absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend giving this a go! Not just for the final images, but for the experience itself. You truly get to feel like a superstar for the day. ✨

I have been thinking about booking a photoshoot for a really long time and ended up booking with Verve Intimate. The team is extra friendly and helps you get prepared for your shoot on the phone. On the day, I received an amazing welcome and got ready with hair and makeup - the hair and makeup artist was great, listened to all the requests and gave good advice. My photographer Bonnie helped me pick my outfits and we started the photoshoot.I thought I would feel awkward but it's actually the most fun I've had in a long time. Bonnie made me feel super comfortable and time flew by!! I came by a couple of days later to view the pictures and I was completely blown away. Alysha was with me on the day and helped me build a package that was suiting me. Overall, this was an absolutely fantastic experience and I recommend it to anyone who would like to do a little something for themselves!! You'll have these forever. Also - big thank you to Lauren who sent me a little souvenir to carry with me as I was traveling. Thank you xx

I would give 10 stars if I could! A truly amazing experience from start to finish. Laura was a wonderful host and made me feel so welcome. Rema is so amazingly talented I barely recognised myself after she finished my hair and make up. I was a little nervous going into the shoot as I've never done anything like this but Bonnie made all of those nerves fly out the window. She was kind and supportive while also pushing me for that perfect shot. At my photo reveal Alysha was so kind and sweet, helping me choose my favourites and helping me really see myself in the photos. Overall an absolutely life changing experience, such a wonderful group of women whi have made it their mission to help people find themselves and I'm so happy I got to experience it all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had the most amazing experience at Verve Intimate. I decided to do this shoot on my birthday as an empowering moment and to have photos to look back on when I’m older. Lauren was very welcoming and brought such amazing vibes. Rema did my hair & makeup and made me feel like the best version of myself. Bonnie’s humour and quiet confidence immediately put me at ease as the photographer. I felt completely comfortable and supported throughout the shoot, with lots of laughter and gentle direction that helped me relax and move confidently. She truly made this experience for me. Alysha presented the photos to me days later, and it was clear how beautifully creative and passionate she is. It was such a collaborative team and I loved the whole experience. It allowed me to see myself in a way I hadn’t before, and I’m so grateful for this team and the images that I will treasure forever. I would highly recommend Verve Intimate.

Every woman should treat herself to a Verve experience. I had the most beautiful, empowering, heart-warming time with the team at the Surry Hills studio. Every step of the experience is so carefully designed with deep care for you to feel comfortable, safe, have fun and truly see yourself. My experience at Verve Initimate was amazing from the start! The call with Lorein to book the session was really helpful in preparing you for what to expect from the shoot and making you excited for the whole thing. The experience on the day of the shoot was lovely, it was such a comforting and calming atmosphere while you got your hair and makeup done. The photographer, Bonnie, was so great and she made me feel so comfortable being in front of the camera. Her ability to know exactly the right poses and setups to get the perfect shot was really inspiring. The design consultation was a lot of fun, Alysha put together a beautiful presentation of the chosen images and that made it really hard to pick out my favourites. I feel the whole experience is something every women should do once in her life (if not more) to see yourself in a different light and walk out feeling more confident in your body. Thank you to all the lovely ladies for making this a once in a liftime experience that I will never forget!

I honestly cannot recommend the Surry hills crew at Verve Intimate enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt so comfortable — like I’d just stepped into a space where nerves were booted out the door. The entire process was completely stress-free, beautifully guided, and somehow… I had an absolute ball. I laughed, I relaxed, I surprised myself — and I left feeling empowered as hell. Huge shout-out to Bonnie, the best photographer in the game. I had such fun. She made posing feel natural, fun, and never awkward (a true sorceress behind the lens). Rema worked actual miracles with my makeup — I felt like the most confident version of myself without losing me. Lauren, the hostess with the mostess, set the tone from the start with warmth, humour, and total ease. And Alysha, who presented my photos — WOW. The care, excitement, and pride she had in showing me the final images made the experience come full circle in the best way. My heart is full. If you’re even thinking about doing this — do it. This is more than a photoshoot. It’s an experience that makes you feel seen, celebrated, and damn good in your own skin. Thank you ladies!! I walked in a woman and walked out a queen 💫
