Took photos of my sister’s wedding, found him to be very unfriendly , unprofessional with poor customer service, awkward attitude. Most guests felt uneasy to take photos and gave negative feedback regarding his attitude. We thought to let it go … and waited for photos hoping photos will be good but were very disappointing photographs with highly used effects and shadows, most photos look like painting due to too much of filter.

Had a very bad experience with wedding diary Australia. Found him very unprofessional and was not respecting the clients choice. Even my guests complained of him stating him to be rude. Very unsatisfied with my photos because of cold and dark effects. He did not provided any samples when asked before editing all photos. Had a very long wait for the photos over a months. Wound not recommend for any important events. I was provided with receptions day 3 photos and was not told that the whole photos would be of same kind and after getting the photos requested to change the tone of photos. Don’t know how you forgot that even after receiving all photos and i requested to handover me the unedited photos as I was not happy with photos and you told me you can’t do that. Also we never had conversations about waiting time until our photoshoot. On photoshoot day you told me it might take couple of weeks but took over a months wait.
