Was served by the elderly lady in sales department on the morning of Saturday 27/9/25 and observed her be extremely rude to a delivery driver doing his job and delivering food to a staff member. This lady fails to provide friendly customer service and I won’t be returning and will be letting friends and family aware of her awful attitude and service and not to visit store.
Staff are always very friendly and prices are fair. Although today I did Purchased 2 wii remotes and once I arrived home I tested them, to my surprise they wouldn't turn on. I opened one of them up and noticed that the motherboard was all corroded, I'm guessing the second remote isn't working for the same reason. I do understand the risks buying from a second hand dealer, although I just wished your staff tested electronics before buying things. All round still a good store
