We had such a wonderful experience at this studio! Ben was absolutely amazing with our 6- and 7-year-old kids—so patient, kind, and great at making them feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. He captured the most natural, joyful moments of them laughing and being themselves, which is exactly what we were hoping for. We truly enjoyed our time as a family, and the photos reflect genuine moments that we’ll treasure forever. The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and very comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for families with young kids!

From the very first phone call with Ben, he really took the time to understand the dynamic of our family and what we wanted to get out of the shoot. At the photo shoot, Lauren was so lovely to work with. She made both my fiancé and I feel so comfortable, and was so great with my toddler as well. We recently had a family photo session done at BP Portraits and didn't know what to expect as we hadn't done a full family shoot before. With four children in tow, Ben and the team quickly eased our reservations with kindness, humour and professionalism. The communication throughout from booking through to shooting and then photo selection was first class. Ben got the best out of our kids including our very reluctant teenagers. We had a wonderful experience at BP portraits. We had a large group including 5 children and 2 year old twins which would’ve been quite the challenge! Ben and Lauren were calm, supportive and understanding when working with us to capture beautiful photos of each child. The process of looking through the photographs together and discussing ideas to help visualise the end result was smooth and well structured to help us select the best pieces for our family! It was hard to choose but we are thrilled to have been able to capture us all in one big shot and the children incidentally. We even got a photo of each of us with each individual child which was a beautiful addition. What could have been a stressful and hard task ended up a great success. Very grateful!

As a first experience with family portraits Ben guided us through the many options they offer, he ensured a fun environment for our kids on the shooting day.
