Heater was extremely helpful during my visit. I came in to buy a printer cartridge, and she guided me very patiently. She even walked with me to the printer section to double-check that I was getting the correct product. Staff like her are the backbone of any business—she truly takes her work as a responsibility. Excellent customer service!
I travelled over 1 hour to the Dubbo Officeworks, only to find out it was closed due to a blackout. There was no update on Google, which would have saved me a lot of time and inconvenience. Please update your Google listing when the store is unexpectedly closed so customers don’t make wasted trips.

They do not awnser the phone just a generic Ai telling you to look online or come instore to ask. Awful service
Great range of products and the store is always clean and well-organised. Pricing is fair and I can usually find what I need without too much hassle. The only downside is that it can be hard to find staff when you need help—once you do, they’re friendly and helpful, but tracking someone down can take a while. Otherwise, it is a solid place to shop for office and tech supplies.
