Huge shout-out to Belle and Anthony at JB Hi-Fi for their excellent service on Tuesday 20th of Jan where I went to buy a Galaxy Fold 7. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to answer questions and make sure everything was sorted properly. Their customer service made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Thanks again, Belle and Anthony!

Staff are always really friendly and helpful. We live 3 hours from the closest store and a few times they’re done the price guarantee by sending a gift card with the difference no questions asked. I buy all our tech here now because I find the customer service so good.

I paid for an iPhone 17 more than 11 days ago, and it was supposed to be delivered by 20th November. When it didn’t arrive, I called customer service and was told the delay was their fault. They offered a refund or a different colour phone, so I went to the JB Hi-Fi store to collect the replacement. One girl staff member was helpful, but another staff member at the counter made the experience extremely frustrating. He said he needed approval from delivery before giving the replacement phone and made us wait for approximately 1.5 hours. He told us to walk around the store and said he would call us once it was approved. After a long wait, we finally received the phone, but they did not refund the $7.90 delivery fee even though the delay was their fault and we had to come to the store ourselves. When I asked about the refund, the staff member said, "Don’t worry about this amount, I will give you 30% discount next time you buy something." This is not good customer service. A very disappointing experience for something that was clearly their mistake.

Plenty of stock on special and great staff that really know their products. Always good prices to.

While visiting from out of town, very nice phone salesperson extremely helpful, even when I was being a little out of the box and asking for a price match that might have been tricky for him. Got me the phone I was wanting at the right price. Super polite and friendly service, saved me in a tight spot! Nice staff! Hope the boss shouts them some good snacks.
