I booked my 17 year old dog in for Santa Photos then realised he wouldn't cope with the day. The staff processed my refund and Maddie sent a kindly worded email confirming what they had done.I'll always remember that kindness. I've recently organised via on line 10 photos. It was so easy for a novice like myself to follow and process. They were ready the next day for pick up and I was looked after by a pleasant staff member. Thank you.

Many thanks to Lisa McKinley for great teaching session with my old Canon G10. Lisa brought great enthusiasm, photography understanding and encouragement to the session. It was enjoyable and invaluable for teaching me with what my camera can actually do. I left the session with increased knowledge and new confidence to experiment with the camera's functions. Thank you, very inspiring.

Excellent customer service. It was a great experience ordering from the Croydon branch online. My price match request was accepted without fuss and once I placed my order online, it was immediately processed and shipped on the next working day. I was constantly updated via email too which was nice. I highly recommend. Would order here again even though I’m from WA. Found my go-to camera shop that I can trust after some terrible experience with other shops.

Completed the Beginners photography course over 2 nights in Feb. Found it practical and with activities that assisted my learning. Dani presented the material in a simple way to enhance what small amount of knowledge I had already. I'm so much more confident using various settings manually.

Just a quick comment and thanks to Croydon Camera House and in particular, Mr Andrew Korlaki. Andrew has CLA'd several lenses and repaired several cameras for me. I find his technical knowledge to be superb, and his his attention to detail without match. Andrew has over the years done some really complex repairs and has been so generous and gracious sharing his extensive knowledge with me. I have found him reliable, so friendly and approachable and he has so much invaluable knowledge. I primarily shoot large format and his knowledge and help has been without parallel. I have also purchased many cameras from him - in all cases they have been superb. So thanks Andrew!

Amazing service from Camera House in Croydon. I was recommended to see Andrew, and he exceeded my expectations. He gave my Canon AE-1 Program a full professional service, kept me updated with clear emails and photos and treated the camera with real passion and care. He even replaced a couple of worn parts because "it was worth doing properly" The camera came back looking and working better than I imagined. It feels brand new! Fair pricing, great turnaround, and genuinely outstanding customer service. I can’t wait to develop my first roll of film from the camera.
