James is a phenomenal photographer. Granted he's got the skills, just like many other photographers, but he provides so much more. His personality comes out in his photography with his passion and finesse. My now wife and I wanted photos that captured the moment, rather than a scene. James is extremely professional and he understood us from the word go. Various meetings to explain things from our side and James advising, explaining and recommending. I never thought organising a photographer was so in depth, but James knows exactly what he's doing, and wow, the photos were on another level. So many memories and moments captured almost unnoticed. My wife and I have recommended James to various couples now, and any future events we have we will not hesitate to come back. Thanks so much James!

I met James when I was 16 years old and he was photographing my cousins wedding. I was never the girl who had their whole wedding day planned out, but after meeting James I knew he would photograph my wedding one day. What we loved the most about James was that he saw the truly valuable moments of the day, not necessarily the watch that you wore, but the glances, the subtle hand-holds and the little ones up to mischief. On the day, James was another friend at our wedding. He participated in the festivities, made even our most shy guests feel comfortable and formed inside jokes with our bridal party. When we received our photographs we were overcome by emotion. James truly captures the day in such a way that you can feel the emotion in the photographs. He truly takes you back to that moment, that heartbeat and makes the world stand still in that frame. We cannot thank James, Cath and Matelet enough.
