digiDirect Perth (Cannington)

So i went here today around 5 but staff was not friendly at all what ever the reason was. I was looking for camera and asked for suggestions to A guys(whose picture is on the site i won’t name) that i am looking for mirrorless and ibis option camera and if its available on second hand option he showed me towards the section and when i asked for little bit more help as i don't know much. he showed me towards the section and by pointing and running it through fast (mirror, mirror , mirror with mirror mirrors mirror mirror ) and even when i clearly saw on tag it’s dslr and corrected him he then said ohh yes thats dslr. No further explanation no nothing Shop wise, good nice option and variety of selection but customer service is no no. I literally walked out next door to jb hifi and got Nikko z 30 16-50 mm bundle kit and 50-250 mm lens which not exactly what i was looking for but staff was atleast helpful.

I come first time with my daughter to by the camera and this guy very good an helping us. Very disappointing to read some review as my first hand experience was excellent. They were super busy an Nim and ,John are excellent and go out of their way to help. They take time to explain and show all.to us. Very good service and lot of patience with us. Happy with my new camera and lens. We going to be back to buy more stuffs . If you go make sure ask for these guys. Thank you so much.

One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had - avoid at all costs. I ordered a $5,500 camera/lens combo in November and still haven't received it. I have called 3 times and spent over 40 mins on hold just for the line to go dead. I've left 2 voicemails asking for a call back ASAP and haven't received anything. No call, no email, nothing. I've been paying interest and fees for a camera I can't use. I can't even ask for a refund because no one seems to answer the phone or return emails. Disgraceful company and will avoid at all costs.

The team at Digidirect Cannington are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Whether your a seasoned photographer, new or simply looking for the equipment to capture memories this is the place to go. I've been here on multiple occasions to get some film prints completed and some larger poster prints done and there service is always efficient and easy. Thanks for your help everytime team! Btw they've got some pretty great sales year round that always tempt me to spend more money than I should 😂

Very, very poor experience in your Cannington store today. Whilst I was dealt with respectfully, your advertising and claims are not true and borderline scam worthy. Despite your website advocating for passport photos for infants and you "specialising in infant photos", and "no booking required" - I came to your store with my newborn and was rejected as told she was too young, and that local store policy is to "reject newborns under 2 months old" because your store is "not equipped". This completely goes against all advertising and information on your website, images shown in my review. This is information you pride your company on, and it is FALSE and MISLEADING. AMEND your website, or train your store manager.

Ordered some camera accessories 5 weeks ago, one part of the order came and the other didn’t… Have tried to email 5/6 times no response and have rang almost every day for the last 2 weeks. NOT 1 REPLY or ANSWER! Now is saying the phone number is no longer in use. Now I have to drive 1 hour away to Cannington to see them in person. I understand that it’s a busy period, all I want is for someone to give me a ring to tell me that the order is on its way or what is going on with it… how hard guys!??

Cannot praise this team enough. We were served by a really nice guy who went above and beyond helping us to find the right SD card to meet our camera requirements. He is the definition of an expert and explained things to us so well. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but would like to thank the team for such excellent customer service.
