Absolutely amazing service from Matt today! He was so incredibly lovely. He spent time explaining all the different card levels to my kids (and this clueless parent!) and even played space invaders with my eldest. He explained some of the games and was just so helpful. They were really chuffed. Thank you! Quality customer service is very rare nowadays. Matt deserves a raise!! 😉🙌🏼
We loving going to Timezone Bunbury and always go whenever we go on holidays to Bunbury. There were a few games out of order, but still plenty for both big and little kids alike to enjoy. The two employees on shift Matt and Caleb were super friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best timezones we have been to.
Great staff and atmosphere, but my one complaint is that the game machines don't get changed out much. (Same G.O.T pinball machine for the last 4 years at least) Would be great to have the arcade machines swapped out a lot more often, so each visit was a new experience with games we haven't played before.
Had an awesome experience at Timezone, thanks to Matt. He was super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly.. He went above and beyond to make the visit fun and stress-free. Will definitely be back
Timezone Bunbury is the Best. Every year we come to Bunbury and Timezone here was great. The variety of games and any issue the staff were friendly and more than happy to help. Not only were they friendly but helpful in every aspect from the point systems, the card system, the app, prizes they were absolutely fantastic. Definitely worth a visit ☺️
Had such a great day with the kids yesterday at Timezone! The place was full of energy and fun, and the staff made it even better. Seraphina and Richie went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. from helping the kids with their games if there were any problems to making us all feel welcome. Their friendly attitude and patience really stood out and made the experience stress-free for me and so much fun for the boys. Can’t wait to come back!
Had my sons 9th bday there. Max and the staff were incredibly helpful. I really couldn't recommend it enough if youre thinking of having a party here. They had an absolute blast
