Appealing Images

My experience was very emotional, I had photographs done of my dog-a-logs, 1 boy, 2 girls, then the sister to my boy passed away from lymphoma, ( at 3 and a half years old), she left us 3 weeks after diagnosis, with no real symptoms and months prior to collecting the portraits. My expectations of the photos were filled with some anxiety because of the loss of my girl. However I was delighted with the collection, the quality and composition far surpassed my expectations. Thank you so very very much.

I had a wonderful experience getting some portraits of our beloved dogs. Very skilled photographer and great staff--really pleased with my photos. The photo memories will be enjoyed for many, many years to come! I highly recommend Appealing Images!

The photographer was extremely rude to my sister and her boyfriend that accompanied me and my dog for our photo session. I felt very pushed to spend more money than necessary on extra costs for the photos and regret my decision as I am now struggling to complete an already expensive bill.

We has done 3 sessions with Grant over the years. For someone who hates photos (me) he got great photos that I'm actually happy with. Definately will contact them again to get pics of our daughter

Unable to provide time frames as a part time business that permit people with jobs to attend to get photos done. I appreciate the challenges with this from your end, however accommodating customer engagement requirements and promoting business practises which are conducive to a positive customer experience should be paramount ,when dealing with potential clientele.

WOW! All I can say is WOW! To be awarded a prize from the dog show, have it sent to me was fantastic... to be followed up with a call to lock in a time, again fantastic... to then be told that I was unable to claim it because, like most people, I work full time and can not get out of work at 2 pm during the week and basically "We would have to let it go then" is not OK! To simply say that that was the only times that were available and there was not even an attempt to contact the photographer to see if there was a possibility to do a weekend shoot... again, not OK! Really sorry that I can not claim my prize, which mind you is the only competition I actually wanted to win at the dog show, because it does not fit in with your schedule... you also mentioned maybe I could give it to a friend... yes, sure, except my friends who have kids, WOULD ALL BE AT SCHOOL during the week... I look forward to receiving a copy of the terms and conditions associated with the prize, which you valued at $500. Seeing as you have my address, perhaps you could send me a voucher for the value of it for something I can use at a time that is slightly more convenient for a full time working person..
