Studio Reflections Photography

We came to get our Santa photo done today at Langwarrin Gateway. The service was outstanding, the staff very friendly and efficient and the product was well priced. The assistant kept my two girls really happy and entertained! Will certainly be back next year given the opportunity ❤️

My family and I went to studio reflections Santa set up eden rise yesterday and I just wanted to say how amazing everything was. They were situated in this beautiful little shop away from the public eye (so it was a little hard to find) but once we found it it was lovely. And it was nice not being on display like at the shops. My daughter being just over a year was pretty nervous around Santa but my son of 3 months was in his element. They had this offer that if you’re little ones are scared to meet Santa, you can sit with them for a photo and photoshop Santa in and no you can’t tell it’s photoshop they do an amazing job at that! The team (ESPECIALLY the lady wearing glasses) worked tirelessly trying to make my daughter smile for what felt like ten minutes as they were trying to get that perfect shot for us. I found them because I asked on a mums Facebook page and was directed to you guys straight away, I’m so glad I didn’t decide to go to a shopping centre as this was so much more intimate and inexpensive. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you thank you thank you, I’m so happy you made us and both of my babies feel so welcomed, and got us a beautiful first Christmas photo to cherish for a lifetime, we’ll be back next year wherever you are ❤️❤️

Studio Reflections are running the photos with Santa at Langwarrin shopping centre this year - they did such a fantastic job. The staff are professional and friendly. My cat, Galileo, was so scared but we still managed to get some fantastic shots.

John's service started out fantastic when I enquired about purchasing a gift voucher for my sister in law for Christmas 2018. After making the purchase, my sister in law then attempted to make a booking. They turned up for their session to only find out no one was home. As it turned out there was a family emergency, yet no contact had been made. If she hadn't of messaged, she wouldn't have known. Since then, my sister in law has tried in multiple occasions to rebook to no avail. Communication has been nonexistent. What a waste of money and time! I contacted them for a refund, as all I wanted to give them was an opportunity to get family photos to document that stage in their life. Still, there is no contact. Be careful in giving money before a service has been provided.

Simply put, he's the best! Being one of the funniest people I know is one of the reasons why he is so great at what he does. Gives you that ease of comfort when majority of people don't like photos. Couldn't recommend anyone more highly
