I’ve known Tom for over 10 years. We first met while working at the same venue, and over the years I’ve bumped into him time and time again at various events including radio events and other large-scale functions which really speaks to how established and trusted he is in the industry. Tom is genuinely one of the warmest, kindest people you could meet. He is highly professional, takes great pride in his work, and truly cares about the people and moments he’s capturing. What really sets him apart is that in critical situations, he will always put people before the photography, stepping in to assist wherever he can. If you’re looking for a photographer who is not only incredibly talented but also dependable and genuinely good-hearted, I couldn’t recommend Tom more highly.

After using Tom Delaney for my proposal in 2023, I decided to book him for our wedding a few months later and paid over $6000 for his top wedding photography package. He came, did the photography up here in the Gold Coast, sent us 3000 photos most of which were unedited albeit there were about 100-200 really nice ones that we liked. My father passed away later that year before being able to see the Album that was meant to be for him and my mother. Then the issues came, we never received any of the Albums that were promised, after contacting Tom multiple times, even being told that the album designer was in the process of finalising them and we made a couple of changes to the proof that was sent to us. After this Tom told us that he would be sending us a refund if he doesn’t hear back from his album guy. This was the last time I heard from Tom. After numerous texts Tom stopped responding, blocking my number, not responding to any social media messages, I’ve even got my legal team involved now. I would steer clear from any service he promises because we have paid $6000+ and never received any of the albums or framed photos that were promised.

Tom did an incredible job creating professional photos and videos for my small online business. He understood my vision, was easy to work with and delivered high-quality content that I’m proud to use across my platforms. I can't recommend Tom enough!

On our best friends wedding day, Tom was not just a photographer. He went above and beyond all day! From fixing zippers, pinning the wedding dress together, assisting in a broken down car situation, Tom was just an absolute pleasure. What a humble yet talented artist. Highly recommend!!! He’ll be doing our wedding for sure.

By far the greatest photographer we have ever worked with! Made our day run smoothly and ensured we got all the photos we wanted. Tom went above and beyond as a photographer, he coordinated with all our vendors, made sure no one was in the way of the photos and made us feel so comfortable and natural throughout the entire day.
