Buy tortes cake from cheesecake shop not worth money no flavour only think you taste is chocolate around the cake and strawberry ALDI mud cake are 10 times better cost so little don't buy people you be disappointed ☹️ not worth $35 dollars 👎 it was frozen god knows how long it was seating in the freezer not fresh that my experience

Purchased a custom cake. It was delicious. Not a piece left. Upon reading a recent review and talking to the staff member don’t believe everything you read. If you want a special custom made, more than 24 hours notice is required in the cake making/decorating business, anywhere. Small business owners respect this.

Order a passionfruit mango baked cheesecake online, when I picked it up the mango pieces were missing from the top. I asked where they were.... he looked confused that i would want them, said they were frozen. I insisted on getting them to add later. The mango pieces were obviously frozen, thawed and re-frozen due to the large amount of ice around them. I had pre-ordered the cheesecake- I don't understand why they couldn't have the mango on it ready to go.

As a small business owner I am consistently surprised when a business treats it's customers like the enemy. Walked in at 3.30pm to order a cake for pick up the following day. The male attendee proceeded to tell me his finished for the day so i cannot place an order for tomorrow. Very surprised that this is the case, couldn't help me, not friendly, no understanding of customer service, didn't even try to help, didn't give me options on cakes I could purchase, just stood there looking at me. I walked out, won't ever be going back! So disappointed to be treated this way, I'll go to the garden city store instead. Initially I thought of getting 2 cakes initially, walked out with none, I can see from other reviews that others have had similar experiences, why does the owner not do anything?? Edit - the employee in question left several fake reviews on my business page after, this is unacceptable behaviour and you should take this seriously, it has also taken you over a month to respond to me negative review, very dissappointing

Really good staff, always polite and really helpful. These guys always try to provide customers with best service and also where ever possible give discount vouchers. All cakes are fantastic and good value for money spent. Every time I buy cake, family loves to eat and finish them quick as the cakes are always fresh. Great job, please keep up good customer service. (Please like my review if it was helpful or suggest to improve if needs to be improved).

Our extended family buy their all their cakes here to celebrate special occasions (birthdays, Eid, aqeedah etc.). We've never been dissatisfied with our purchases & recommend this particular franchise to all & sundry.

Walked into the shop at 430 to be greeted by female staff and ignored by male staff. Waited for a long time with no one taking my order. Another male entered the shop and then a male staff approached him. He informed the staff that I had been waiting to which he then said what. I gave my order and he walked away. He came back quickly and I went to pay and he replied no she is serving you and continued to serve make customer. Female staff bought out cakes and I paid and left. Got home and the lemon meringue had collapsed in the box as it looked unset. Managed to push the meringue back on top of the lemon curd. The mud cake tasted stale and old. Not impressed with anything about this place.
