Christopher's Cake Shop Surry Hills

A bakery with a long history and a great selection of delicious cakes. My favorites are the apple pie and the macarons. They always have fresh stock. I love it. The service could be a little better, but that's just constructive criticism and an opportunity for improvement. Success! I recommend them.

This shop is a classic pastry and cake spots in the area. They offer a huge range of sweets, but my favourite has to be the baklava — perfectly crispy and flaky on the outside, with a sweet, gooey, nut-filled centre. Parking can be a bit tricky to find but it's worth the effort.

I ordered two cakes on uber eats. Chocolate mud cake and Blackforest. Mud cake was as good as the one from Cole’s. Blackforest was absolutely inedible, laced with some cheap alcohol that tasted off. Nothing like Blackforest really, dry tasteless sponge, soggy boozed berries and hardly any cream. I threw it out after the first bite. The only good thing is that the shop was open on Saturday early morning. So is Cole’s! Save your money and disappointment, avoid this joint.

Got the Valentine's day heart pastry for $13 I expected much more. Also the supposedly amazing éclair wasn't that great either. Lastly freaking 30cents for a plastic bag...

This Greek Cake shop is known for its delicious Pastries, Cakes, Coffee and a huge varieties of desserts. I have tasted a piece of their authentic Greek Baklava, which is very popular among Greek, Turkish and Middle Eastern nations, is a layer of deliciousness filled with chopped Almonds and coated with sweet syrup. Tasted a piece of Baby Cashew Fingers, which is a roll stuffed with delicious caramelized chopped Cashew and topped with Sugar syrup. I become a fan of this place and now planning to taste each and every thing they have in their menu.

We love their Apple Pie! Great for sharing or gifting. For 49 dollars, it can easily serve 8 or more people.
