Bakers Delight Sunbury

The three stars are for the lovely staff that work there and the awesome quality breads etc. However, the older woman with longer hair that often opens the store at 7 am eg (last week of December 25) is doing the Bakers Delight brand a disservice. She needs a massive attitude adjustment and also needs to understand the meaning of work professionalism and how to conduct herself in a workplace. Also wouldn’t kill her to smile and be friendly from time to time. Doesn’t matter how friendly one is to try and cheer her up, she is just in a permanent state of negativity. Bakers Delight send a mystery shopper in and see for yourself.

Friday 14/11/25 7:30 am, one staff member serving who was efficient and very pleasant but waited to be served 10min and paid $15 for 4 croissants that where tiny. Typical Managment understaffing and over priced. Cole’s will do me just fine next time

Those two workers Aisha and Jennah are angels, and not just them, every single member of staff are absolutely delightful. Whoever the owner/boss is, I would recommended a raise to the two of them. My daughter is a friend of Jennah and below is a picture of her boyfriend. 🙂

SLAM DUNK ON THE BREAD GUYS!!! those beautiful workers have never not delivered such exemplary service to me and my family of 7, ever since that lovely girl Aisha began her work there, the place has seemingly lit up.

This is by far the best bakery around and it’s all because of the staff they are all lovely but Aisha is the reason I keep coming back she is always so helpful and gives great recommendations

A woman working at Bakery Delight Sunbury Branch is coughing into her hand while serving me. What a disgusting way to serve me; it makes me sick. She's supposedly protecting herself and me by coughing into her hand. What kind of unhealthy way is this to protect herself? Don't you train your employees about hygiene?
