Pattisons is such a beautiful venue with spectacular food and great service. I have been coming here for years and it is always a joy to sit back, have a coffee and enjoy some of their delicious treats! 😀 After enjoying a nice snack, it is always a pleasure to pick up some fresh bread for the week! Thank Thank team and I will see you again soon

I loved their loaf of rye bread and bought one loaf time to time. However I noticed since early last week the flour they used to make this bread has completely different. It no longer strong chewy type of strong gluten. It’s just like dark bread from super market. I really wish they return to the proper rye bread. I am tardy to pay some dollar more. We are Pattisons lovers ! Please

Visited Pattison Patisserie Café and had a lovely experience. The coffee was smooth and well-balanced, just the way I like it. We also tried their puff pastry — it was fresh, flaky, and full of flavour. A great spot for a quick coffee break or a light treat!

Their flat white is so smooth and silky. Definitely one of the best in the Hills area. The place offers a huge selection of light snacks and desserts and I’m definitely coming back to try out their desserts. I would have given 5 stars but the spoon that came with my coffee had traces of cream all over it.

Been a customer at St Ives Pattison’s for years now and have had our coffee made by many different Baristas there. But whenever we go, we hope the Barista on duty is either Steve or Mariam. The coffee they make somehow, is always perfect. Perfect temperature, smoothness and balance. Regardless of the queue and pressure of customers waiting, they churn out that perfect cup that just makes your day, every time. Should have done this alot earlier but thank u Steve and Mariam, for never disappointing our v important cup of the day! X

We visited them on Sunday. Good atmosphere. Great variety of desserts. The eclairs were good. Do not recommend to try the palmers - dry. Service can be better - may be on Sundays they have part time workers. Anyway, they did their best and were extremely friendly. Dog friendly terrace. Coffee and tea were great.

3rd visit:Serving by pouring hot teapot water on the heels of the feet with over 70 degree water. The serving girl caused trouble and left to get paper. She didn't show up at all. And I went unfavourable Asian cashier, I explained my situation, I asked if they had an emergency box because the staff serving me while spilling hot water on my foot. Mandatory emergency box in business place, she couldn't want to know and don't want to communicate with Asian customer. Luckily I explained the man and asked a cream for protecting my foot 1st visit- I told the staff the sandwich I ordered hadn't arrived, and after an hour of trying to contact them several times, it still hadn't arrived. So I finally took the receipt and explained it to the unfavourable Asian lady cashier, and later 2 hours got sandwich for takeaway. The first time I visited I went because the sandwich was delicious, but as expected the customer service was terrible and the staff were not trained, so they had neither the ability nor the will to solve the problem.
