Lovely and helpful service. Called to enquire about a rolling pin guide, and then called again to check if I could bring in my rolling pin to check and received the most friendly service both times on the phone and then in person at the storefront. So much that I bought more than I had come in for. I’m definitely going back again!
Went to the shop couple times, nice shop got everything you need inside, but never once the lady at the shop say hello, ask if we need help, or make eye contact wth us, she just ignored us completely except when we pay at the counter, even at the counter she never ask if its thats all we need, or just make friendly gesture, zero customer service, maybe little hello will brighten your day.
Love this store! Customer service is superb! Go in and you’ll be met with a friendly smile and someone who goes above and beyond to help! 5/5!
