The Cheesecake Shop Mornington

Wanted to buy the loaded cookies, however we received frozen, undecorated, stale cookies. They were disgusting and barely edible. We’re told they were loaded, however they were empty and had gaping holes in the centre.

YUCKKKK. We went for the "loaded???" Cookies we watched her rummage in the back of the fridge to scavange the cookies. We received them they are FROZEN, not decorated and have to be at least a few weeks old. Pistachio one: zero pistachio bits of top zero pistachio stuff inside just a gaping hole???!! Choc hazelnut: MASSIVE gaping hole rock hard biscuit soooo stale. Cinnamon: no cinnamon on top, thickest cookie hurt my teeth to break because it was again frozen and stale???!!

I ordered a custom cake from The Cheesecake Shop Mornington for my engagement, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, taking the time to arrange everything exactly the way I wanted. The cake itself was absolutely gorgeous and tasted amazing. All of our guests loved it and kept asking where it was from. You really get great quality for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend The Cheesecake Shop Mornington for special occasions! 😍

A family go to for celebratory cakes. Usually never disappoints with flavour. Most enjoyed this one, however it won’t be on the list to try again but will be back to sample others. Thanks for sign writing.

Beyond disappointed! We ordered a Pinata fun cake for my daughter’s birthday, they didn’t honour the Black Friday deal even though their website wouldn’t accept the code. Then we cut into the cake and all the chocolates inside were all glued together and the cake was I don’t know how to describe it, because it tasted like it had been in a freezer too long and it was dry and tasted awful! We had to throw it away! My daughter was really disappointed, I rung the shop spoke to a gentleman who said he’d have to wait until his partner came in and they’ve avoided me ever since! The old owners were amazing, I won’t be buying from the new owners again, I’ll be heading to the frankston store in future!

Got a pav for Christmas. Thinnest layer of cream and Minimal fruit on top. Have been here multiple times and lamingtons and cakes are always dry. I’m not giving up on the CCS franchise cos I’ve been elsewhere and it’s been top notch. But Morno has some how landed in the wrong hands. If they don’t pick there game up, it’s only a matter of time before it’s gone or CCS is gone for good in Mornington. I ask myself all the time in life. Why is it hard for people to just do there job and do it good. Anyways I’ll choose another CCS and hopefully it’s back to top notch.
