As a coffee lover I was amazed with the flavor of the Coffee Pecan, a perfect balance between rich coffee and toasted pecan topping, incredibly texture, smooth and creamy, you can really taste the quality in every bite. on top of that the staff was very kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Its always nice when a place cares about both their products and their customers.

Exceeded All My Expectations! Absolutely phenomenal cake! The taste was fantastic—moist, perfectly flavored, and not too sweet. The decor and color were even better than the picture I suggested. The intricate piping was pure elegance, making this cake a true centerpiece. A stunning masterpiece both inside and out! Kudos to the whole staff of cheesecake mildura. They have amazing customer service as well.

I ordered a birthday cake online. When I choose write a message, they did not show any cost for it. But I came to take my cake the store, she asked me $6 for writing on the cake. This is not money issue, if you want to charge for it you should show the price like other choices on your website so that your customers will not be confused. The cake was so dry inside and I could not feel any taste of it, just sweet but can acceptable.

Just absolutely very disappointed. The design we asked for is not what they made. The cake isn’t fresh, and the cream isn’t fresh either. Overall, I would not recommend this place. It ruined what was supposed to be a good day. The bakers said they would make it 90% similar to the picture shown, but it’s clearly not even close! Terrible experience. 🤬

Very poor customer service. They completely messed up a pre ordered and pre paid birthday cake creating a lot of unnecessary stress on the day.

I recently visited The Cheesecake Shop and the staff were friendly and helpful. They took the time to recommend flavours and accommodated a custom request for writing on the top of the cake. The cake was amazing, the whole family loved it! Fantastic overall experience.
