I had their black sesame mochi bun today..it was so yummy. I got it when its still warm, the mochi pulls in the mouth then melts away, its blended perfectly with the black sesame filling. Definitely one of the best buns in town! All their buns are reasonable priced, they are so much bigger than bread top, and they are filled with yummy fillings! I can not believe how much taro fillings I had in my taro buns when I first got them. I am definitely a loyal customer here now Thank you for the hard work!

I bought a couple of breads, but two of them were leftovers from yesterday. I am the frequent customer, this has never happened before and it really shocked me. I almost vomited after biting into the bad one. Please don’t sell leftovers — it’s not good.

Got charged twice for a $43 cake. Good thing I checked my bank account. When I went back to talk to them about it, they showed me their transaction history and they must have deleted it. It clearly says on my bank that it was charged twice

I often buy from this store, the bread tastes good, the clerk with long hair usually provides good service but the attitude of the short-haired clerk is very bad, I will not go there again. I asked for an extra bag, she could have told me in a friendly manner that I needed to pay, but she was sarcastic and self-racist, I was really speechless and angry. In fact, no one was racist about asking for a plastic bag, she was not confident enough about herself and criticized the Chinese. Soooo Speechless!

The food was bad on itself we asked for something with custard and the staff with short blonde hair seemed irritated to talk with us we bought a dessert worth 6.80$ which the server said that it had custard but it did not and tasted stale and dry when we asked if it was fresh the staff was rude and aggresive and said that she did not want to reply and "could tell by the way we were buying things" and kept blaming us when we spoke very nicely because both me and my friend work in customer service this is the worst service ever DONOT GO HERE

Really love it, they have a lot to choose from and everything is super fresh
