Easily the best banh mi’s I have tried. The pork is cut fresh so it’s still nice and juicy. The portions are generous with the pork being cut into large cubes. The crackling had a perfect texture and all around tastes so good.
Delicious Spinach & Ricotta Roll! I tried the spinach and ricotta roll at Croydon Bakehouse and it was absolutely delicious. Pastry was flaky , generous filling. You can tell it’s made fresh. The staff were friendly and welcoming too. Definitely one of the best savoury rolls I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend stopping by.
Croydon Bakehouse never disappoints! Their crispy pork banh mi is incredible — the crackling is perfectly crunchy, the pork is flavorful, and the pickled veggies give it the perfect balance. Fresh baguette, great portions, and friendly service. Highly recommend!
Excellent Service and Care at Croydon Bakehouse! I had a wonderful experience at Croydon Bakehouse. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. What really stood out to me was how kind and attentive they were towards elderly customers — taking the time to chat, help with orders, and make everyone feel welcome. The food was delicious too! Highly recommend visiting this bakery — great people, great service, and a lovely atmosphere.
An absolute Gem in Croydon. Unpretentious, Classic, Old School Bakery. Polite, friendly service. Such tasty and filling baked goods. You can create your own sandwiches too. Loads of choices. Very good coffee. Highly recommend. Many thanks for a great lunch !!!!
COSY, CHARMING, GREAT COFFEE The Asian lady makes the best coffee in Croydon. Zingers and Jolly Miller are fine and all, but this woman's coffee is top notch 👌. She hardly talks, but she takes the order perfectly. I like that we don't talk because I have social anxiety, but take that as you will. I don't eat the food, but they have pork crackling that looks AMAZING. They also make fresh sandwiches/banh mi. They were busy today, so I sat down for a few minutes and the seating was incredibly comfy. From the outside, it looks like a shitty cheap store (sorry) but it is cosy as hell and the atmosphere is welcoming and calming.
12 dollars for the worst banh mi I've ever had. The pork was cold and not fresh and the whole roll was drowning in overly sweet hoisin sauce. 12 dollars.... never again and wouldn't recommend this to anyone in this area as you would be better off going to "Mrs banh mi" in kilsyth
