Balays Bakery or Balays Specials is the best for their cakes especially the Ube/Purple cake.. Very moist and perfect! I had tried different bakers but nothing beats their cake. Also, they do sell custard mamon/bread. Their bread is soft and not dry. They do have different variety of Filipino deserts and will also pass the western taste. love the service and quality of food. They’re cheaper in the market.

Someone brought one the Ube cakes into work and we all thought it was the best cake we’d eaten in years! Bought one for my daughter’s birthday - and now everyone in the family wants one for their birthday. So good!
