I love the cake sets from Freckle Bakes. The cake is super light and airy and the flavours are unique and definitely not too sweet. The cream is a lighter cream as well and doesn’t make you feel heavy after you eat it.

I ordered the hojicha and earl grey chiffon cake and I was pleasantly surprised with the cake. I enjoyed this cake shop. However over the times of ordering here, I've started to get a little bit bored of the flavours. The cake is nice don't get me wrong but at times it doesn't feel like it's worth 60 to 80 bucks. The flavours from the cake are very subtle, sometimes a bit too subtle. Also the flavours at times clash with each other and this is not nice. That being said the staff are really nice and prompt with messaging you. I'm unsure if I'll come back.

Seriously, I've ordered five cakes from here already, and I've loved every single one! The sea salt caramel inside is pure genius – that sweet cake with the salty-sweet caramel? Perfection! And the Thai milk tea with mochi? Absolutely amazing. The July flavor looks delicious, so I'm pretty sure I'll be ordering that special very soon. Can't wait

Have got a few different cakes from them now. Perfect level of sweetness for me. Love the monthly seasonal flavours too, adding some nice variation.

I ordered this cake because I heard it was delicious, but when I received it, I was disappointed to see that the cream layer was so thin that the shape of the sponge was clearly visible from the top. I had high expectations, but the quality was disappointing considering the price, and the amount of cream compared to the sponge was shockingly small.

i really recommend the rose lychee chiffon!! the cream and cake are both light and airy and the jelly pairs so well with the flavour of the cake. i was a bit heistant at the idea of jelly in a cake initially but i stand corrected this might be my new go to bakery for birthday cakes
