The proof’s in the pudding... or in this case, cake! We’ve been getting cakes from Matilda and the team at Proof Bakehouse for years, and we honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Every single cake is a true work of art - stunning to look at and absolutely incredible to eat. Matilda has such a special talent for bringing ideas to life, and she’s always so kind, creative, and helpful throughout the process. Ordering from Proof Bakehouse has become a highlight of every celebration for us, and it’s always such a joy seeing (and tasting!) the final result. I’ve included a few photos of the cakes Matilda and the team have created for us over the years - their craftsmanship and attention to detail speak for themselves.

I had my wedding cake made here and it was so so gorgeous, and delicious! Which is the whole point, it needed to taste good, not just look good. I got sticky date and carrot (yum!) The whole process was super easy and I will be getting all cakes made here in future for special occasions <3

Matilda did an amazing job creating my dream cake for our intimate wedding. The colour theme came out perfectly and the detail was amazing. The red velvet cake was moist and so delicious. Our guests were in awe of how amazing it was! I can’t thank her enough for creating a lasting memory for us.
